“Lords and ladies, one and all

Join us in the banquet hall.”

On December 3 and 4, the MHHS Choral and Theatre Departments will be presenting Handel and Gretsky: A Tale of Two Kiddies by Ahna Brandvik and Richard Logan for the Madrigal Feaste. The performances will be at 7 P.M. at First United Methodist Church.

The cast was announced November 10, with Thespian Troupe Secretary Trevi Sheaner as the Jester and chamber ensemble members Zoë Croom and Cayden Sabella as the Queen and King. (See more cast information below, source: @troupe6560 on Instagram)

“Madrigal is a live performance put on by the choir and theatre,” says Sheaner. “It’s a performance that takes you back into the medieval times of kings, queens, and, of course, jesters! The jester leads the whole thing– she is the comic relief. I am so excited to be playing the jester in this year’s madrigal and I feel very honored!”

Tickets go on sale this week. They are priced at $25 with a meal included and $10 without. A three-course meal will be provided, but more specifics are TBD.
