The Mountain Home High School swim teams finished second in the 5A-West Conference Meet. Both of Russellville’s teams won the meet, and Siloam Springs was third.

Individually for the Lady Bombers, Maddie Lynch won the 200-yard and 100-yard freestyles, and Joia Traver won the 100-yard butterfly and the 100-yard breaststroke. The team of Megan Yarborough, Maci Tuberville, Lynch and Traver won the 200-yard freestyle relay.

Noah Daugherty was Mountain Home’s top swimmer on the boys’ side, as he tied a school record in finishing second in the 100-yard butterfly. He was also second in the 100-yard breaststroke.
